- A R1000.00 deposit secures your booking for your wedding/function (Not refundable)
- No VAT is charged ยท No extra fees, except after 00:00 / additional albums added.
- Our prices quoted will NOT change after deposit is paid.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days after quote has been sent.
- The full amount is to be paid before the function date. No cheques appected.
- Bride and Groom take full responsibility for any loss or damage done to equipment by wedding guests.
- 3 x Meetings and Wedding included. R500 call-out fee after that.
- Wedding Disco includes 8 hours from Chapel - starting time eg. 16:00 - 24:00 (R400 per hour after)
- Continuous play (Disco) after 00:00 to be settled in cash prior to play R400 per hour).
- Client takes full responsibility for any loss or damage done to equipment by wedding guests.
- Photography and DVD productions take 12 weeks to be completed and delivered.
- Couples that insist in input and alterations will delay completion and delivery. (R1000 service fee)
- Personal music and photo info to be handed in before Wedding date.
- Setup: 2 hours before starting time.
- Lunch / Dinner to photographer / videographer / DJ be catered for.
- Traveling R3.25 per km from Pretoria.
- Fame Weddings cannot be responsible for eternal factors like: rain, venue, guests, sunset timing etc.
